Dear fly forum,
Can anyone help me to ID this fly? I took these pictures today in my glasshouse where the temperature is kept just above zero minimally.
I assume it is Muscidae.
Thank you,
Best regards, Niek

Phaonia sp. I think.
Not Helina.

I told that this couldn't be Helina because there is no Helina with such posterodorsal bristle/seta on hind tibia.
And, for example, the presence of a prealar seta in this fly discards Coenosia as well. But don't trust me. I'm not the truth. Muscidae is for Stephane and Nikita, for now. I'm just trying. ;)
See overviews section for explanation of these terms. ;)

Hello Niek,
I think your fly is a female
Phaonia tuguriorum too.
Regards.
