I was thinking to Neottiophilum praeustum but seems it is not know in our countries...

I continued my search and I think Minettia inusta could also be possible...
All flies seem to be similar...:o

Opomyza florum :). This is by far the most abundant Opomyzid here and it looks exactly like this fly.
