leucopterus? Have to do without key here.. could be that there is one more species in which the male has these milky-white wings. Wait for Theo or Laurens.

Well, leucopterus was my first thought as well.
However, the wing venation does not match.
Otherwise, this specimen is very black, which makes it B. anglicus male.
By no means common.
Laurens is the expert on anglicus
