Don't know why the Muscid-guys didn't kill the question, but yes, it is Muscidae.
And that's where my knowledge ends

In fact, it seems to be the same. I also saw it outside (yesterday), but it wasn't in good health and died just after the photo.

St?phane tells me Phaonia scutellata/tuguriorum female and ask photos of thez head (antennal segments...) to go further.
With those photos, he said P.tuguriorum.
