Phoridae - Perhaps Megaselia sp. if so, it is impossible to know which one. It is one the messy genus there is in diptera :P

Phoridae -
Gymnophora.
Simple, slender legs and no long setae on frons are good characters for this genus.

I suppose Gymnophora has no swollen hind tibia..
