Phaonia subventa to me (no light thorax sides).

Hallo Jürgen, subventa must have at least 2 pairs of strong presutural ac, rufiventris - thorax is variable in both species and other differences are not clearly visible. If my memory serves me well (as well as Paul's database) progressdll's observations are from Belgium.
