typical Araneidae.
Maybe Araneus sp. I never saw an Araneus with rippled abdomen. :)

To me, it resembles
Araneus angulatus (compare
http://www.nickss...ulatus.htm), provided that the abdomen has two angular tubercles ("shoulder protuberances".) They should be on the edges of the dark transversal zone but are not very clearly visible in the photo.
