Any thoughts on this Muscidae from Massachusetts, USA?
Eyes densely haired, arista plumose, ACR 0:2; DC 3:4; hind tibiae with one PD in apical third; anepimeron appears bare, but katepimeron area is haired.

Check hairs under scutellum. If present - Helina evecta.

No, it is Phaonia. At least with my knowledge of Nearctic fauna Phaonia sp.
