A small 2-3mm fly on Lemon disco (Bisporella citrina) fungi in Beech woodland in Gloucestershire, UK, taken 7th October 2021. One of the Sciaroidea fungus gnats I think (Y-shaped major venation on wings just visible) and maybe family Cecidomyiidae based on antennal form, body and head shape, but as a non specialist I'd welcome any correction or confirmation that is possible form this single photo.

Many thanks John. I'm more familiar with the truly dark-winged Sciaridae, but see that this more translucent winged type is typical of the family too.
