If I got the bristles correct it should have pv bristles, and it has crossed apical scutellars
According to the key it is then either C. intermedia or C. auriceps.
Not really sure what the posterior SA are. bristles on post-alar callus?

Can we see the wing venation, pleae ? I am not totally convinced it is Cylindromyia.

It is brassicaria.
You are looking at the wrong bristle on hind tibia (your is pd).
