Meron with bristles, so Oestroidea rather than Muscoidea. It might be Calliphoridae (sensu lato) or Tachinidae.

We would need to see the postscutellum.
First impression is Calliphoridae, but it just might be a weird Tachinid.
What is with the ovipositor ?
