Empis (Coptophlebia) (nr?)
albinervis. I am not sure whether
albinervis can have shortly pennate fore tarsi. The abbreviated M
1+2 rules out the
pennipes group of species of
Empis (Empis).

The fly is always in the alcohol 70 degrees.
What picture could be useful to be sure?
Best regards.

Only the female would have pennate legs ?
Male has not !

Indeed, only females have pennate legs. Leg pennation is very rare among males of Empididae, certainly in the western Palaearctic.
