Perhaps B. reticulatus or B. johannis?

Happy new year Lars, I'll try it:
The wings are yellowish/brownish which excludes reticulatus and johannis. If the halteres are black (I'm not sure), it could be a female lanigerus which lost most of it's hair.

Things are never simple in female Bibio, do a forum search to find very extensive coverage of the subject.
But wing venation does suggest reticulatus and the date supports this view (unless it is from higher altitudes)

obviously that is not easy. I would slightly more follow Theos argument and leave it with a cf.
