South Norway 13. July
I belive this is a Zabrachia, it seems that there is two similar species Z. tenella and Z. minutissima
Is it possible to tell which, or what details seperate them?

Hmmm your vein R 4+5 is clearly forked.
So it is Neopachygaster meromelas !
You should try the new field guide :)
