Is it possible to ID this?
Location: North-Norway - Harstad - Vikevannet
Habitat: Lakeshore/marsh - Date: 24.06.2021

It's probably a Phaonia but I cannot find a matching male with
- broad frons
- black legs
- yellow tip of scutellum
