Is this Tricimba lineella?

Chloropidae: probably Tricimba cincta (Meigen, 1830), but trustable identification is only possible after dissection of male genitalia. T. lineella has another habitus, outer of five distinct furrows deeper impressed, different head and scutellum and its apical and lateral setae.
