I am thinking that I am right with the genus, but what about the species?Am I close?

Hi Amalia,
Choerades is right and I think you are quite close to species identification with your suggestation of fimbriata. But it is a female, which are more difficult than males. I believe it belongs to the fimbriata / fulva -group. I for myself can not identify specimens of this group to species level by the mean of a colour image. Your specimen has remarkably extensive yellow hairing an various parts of its body, e.g. the facial knob.
