Hi Theo, I am (or was?) because I see the orange beard. And loewi's "white beauty spot" (Blowflies, Olga Sivell) in the parafacial is not visible.

The red beard, I don’t see it. This is a red beard

So I am not convinced (yet).

In vomitoria, the red hairs should be present on gena as well. In male, the vertex is about as broad as distance between posterior ocelli (those included). I see neither (vertex looks smaller to me).
In loewi, some light hairs are present on occiput behind the several row of black hairs . The white spot on parafacial is visible from specific angles only..
So I am still indecisive, but definitely not ruling out loewi.

It's a bit unlucky as the orange hairs are hardly to see on the green leaf but I think they are visible on the gena, too.
I'll add images dorsally/laterally of loewi of 2019-06-21 and vomitoria of 2020-09-15 where we see that (what I think is) loewi has dark hairs on the gena.
