Can this be a Epicampocera succincta..?

Hi, I think it's not Epicampocera succincta - this one has a black scutellum. Do you have more fotos of this fly? It reminds me of a fly that is very rare in May: Sturmia bella, but for my limited knowledge more pictures could help to identify.

It is Aplomyia confinis, which is very easy to identify …. but not from this angle.

I have a few terrible pictures, maybe they can help as Theo may recognize a fly from it's shadow :)
