Hello,
on tender apical leafs of rose-tree, I found two larvae with many spines.
Bernard Mallet : France : Eaubonne : 95600 : 21/08/2021
Altitude : 54 m - Taille : about 10 mm (fresh larva)
Réf. : 289121

Amongst Syrphidae, this larva might be
Paragus or
Eupeodes. Or others ?
What is your opinion ?

Hi Trana, it is probably an Eupeodes but the posterior breathing tubes are not visible enough to be sure.
