An Aplomy(i)a like Tachinid, but maybe not Aplomy(i)a.
I have only this view.

Abdomen is elongated, suggesting Exorsistini, like Exorista (but hairy eye, so not that many options) or Chaetogena ( mostlu spring species ?) …..

Maybe Chetogena fllipalpis? The descirption fits reasonably well, but many of the key characters are not visible on the photos.

It is an option, but as you correctly state, many features are invisible, alas.
