I keyed this out to be Psilopa nigritella. The first time I see a Psilopa, which is not nitidula. Can the ID be confirmed?

It could be Psilopa polita.

The distinguising feature between nigitella and polita is in the face, which is not visble :( As polita is more common, it is much more likely.
