My first impression would be
D. immigrans because I cannot see anything of the interruption of the abdominal bands (which are supposed to broaden distinctly on the anterior tergites). However, I cannot see the ctenidia on the fore femur either...

Yes, photos of such small objects are often troublesome. Still, the ctenidia of the left forefemur can be felt if not seen. The typical narrow ovipositor is also (barely) visible. It is D immigrans.
