Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Unknown family -> Catharosia pygmaea? (Tachinidae)

Saw multiple of these running around on logs waving with their wings, I'm not quite sure which family they belong to.

Thank you! I was thinking about Tachinidae because of the large postscutellum, but nothing else reminded me of a tachnid..
