I ended up at Lypha dubia when I key this, but I never feel very comfortable with my keying skills.

Platymyia fimbriata.
It seems to lack all features, but then look for the small very black inner margin of the calypter - a big clue !
Moreover, the 6th section of costa (median vein to wing tip) is as large or larger than the fourth. Rather unusual.
