Senometopia, I guess. That will be a challenge.
* discals on tergites distinct, irregular or absent ?
* ventral bristle on mid titba absent or present ?
* fore tibia with 1 or 2 posterior bristles ?

Thank you, tried to key from Senometopia, and end up with S. intermedia.
To answer ur questions (from my view:D), also adding pictures
No discals.
Ventral bristles present on mid tibia

Yes, sorry, you need to extract them. If you have never done this before, please do not try with this specimen but practice with a more common species
* put a very wet folded paper in a plastic box (size lunchbox) that can be closed.
* put the fly in this box on an itex
* leave it for 8 hours
* try to fold out the genitalia using a micropin and/or a genaitalia pincer
