Hello,

An another Culicidae found in North of France, at Haverskerque, the 09 July 2021, on foliage, near a slow stream and a pasture
Maybe a female Aedes sp. ?

The ovipositor cerci seem to be too long for geniculatus, so I'm going to suggest this is Ochlerotatus sticticus. The entirely pale-scaled basal sternites fit with that species too.
