Found in my garden on a cabbage, I think we are in the family Calliphoridae (wing veins), then with the metallic blue abdomen maybe the genus Bellardia (not sure).

Found in NE of France (Distroff, 57925). Length wings : 9 mm.

Hi Louis,

You need to establish the nimbermof post Intraalar bristles.

From center of thorax outwards it is the thrid row (acrostichals ->. Dorsocentals ->. intraalars).

They are partly broken off.

Bellardia is normally bronze, not blue .
