If the arista is plumosa (can't tell), I'd say a female Billaea or DInera

The arista is plumose. What would be the best character to fix the genus? Otherwise I'll label this only as Unidentified Dexiinae.

Best guess is Dinera, in which case in can only be the female of D. ferina.
