Is it possible to identify family/genus of this fly by such foto? it was found in the garden, it slowly climbed on the ground, did not fly. maybe it is sick or infected with a parasite? Transcarpathion region of Ukraine, June.

it is a teneral Calliphoridae (or maybe Muscidae).
