The wide genae (below the eyes) covered with setulae would indicate the genus
Chaetolonchaea - the specimen is probably
C. brevipilosa - a good photo of the hairs on the apical segment of the aculeus (ovipositor) would confirm ......... Iain

thanks for this photo but it looks like the bristles have been rubbed off - I would put it down as a possible
C. brevipilosa - I have seen that species from Norway recently .... Iain
