Dear all,
on 05/24/2021 I found this Chironomid fly in a meadow at Thurauen (Switzerland) near the Rhine.
Is it possible to say something about the species?
Best, Adrian

I think this is a Tanypodinae male, but maybe others will correct me. There are many species with this general appearance.

Thank you very much! Good to know. At last some Chironomidae which can be identified partly. :)
