Last attempt to upload a photo ...

Hello, this photo was taken today, May 26, 2021, in our garden, Northern Germany, Schleswig-Holstein. The small fly (~ 3-4 mm) was sitting a a maple leaf. Can it be a female Agathomyia vernalis? I have difficulties finding information on this species.
