It was sitting on a house by a compost. Telemark Norway 22 May. 9.6 mm. Muscina?

I don't think so. All legs are black like in
Muscina levida, but the antennae are partly red (in
levida completely black) and the M-vein is more strongly curved. In
M. stabulans all legs are reddish/yellow.
