Hello,
is it possible zu say more to this Rhamphomyia? These flies was very common at the forest path.

Your first photo does show an empid, and it looks like Rhamphomyia though I'm not sure of the species. However your second photo is a different family - either Muscidae or Anthomyiidae.

I uploaded the wrong picture. That's the right picture.
