Hello,
I observed these Bibionidae the 20th of May in Calais in the north of France. I think of a
Dilophus
, can we determine the species ?

Hi Maxime, yes, Dilophus is correct and I guess it could be D. femoratus (female femora & tibia I red, wings milky, stigma black).
