The second picture strongly suggests Dexiini.
It has 4 post DC. In case of Dinera, this would imply ferina. However, it's a male and the male of ferina is different.
Pity we can't see the hind tibia, it should have a comb of bristles, which would make this Billaea, still my guess. Species guys, they parasitize in Cerambycidae larvae.

This is the drawback of my new camera. The lense is bigger, so it is tricky to get really lateral shots.
