Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Fly unknown

I photographed this fly at Leerdam, Netherlands on November 17th, in a small wooded area adjacent to the river Linge. It was appr. 8 mm long. Could anyone help with the id of this fly? Up to now I have no idea really.
