Tree is Pinus sylvestris.

species identification depends on the relative size of the anal hairs.

Thanks atylotus! And the first thoracic segment is in some cases important, too. Most probably we see
Zabrachia tenella here. Compare BEUK, P. L. TH., 1990. THE OCCURRENCE OF ZABRACHIA TENELLA IN THE NETHERLANDS (DIPTERA: STRATIOMYIDAE). - ENT. BER., AMST. 50 (8): 101-106.
