Thread subject: Diptera.info :: small fly feeding on a water springtail

Hi,

I have photographed two days ago this small fly (about 3mm long) feeding on a dead Podura aquatica (water springtail).
Any idea of the family/genus or species?
Loc. 20km west of Paris on the edge of a forest pond.
