Looks like a pompilid (spider-hunting wasp of the family Pompilidae) but i might be wrong - you have many more wasps in the south of Europe.
You can easily tell this is a wasp because it has long, segmented antennae and a very narrow waist between the thorax & abdomen. If you could see closer you would also see it has 4 wings (flies have 2) and it has strong, biting mandibles (flies have a proboscis). :)
