I'd say it is a female Stemonocera cornuta Scop., but it has 2 orbitals, which is a very rare atavismus in this species. The wing pattern is as in that species and also in Trypeta artemisiae, but the latter species has strong ocellar setae (absent here).

More reliable option could be T. immaculata, but again, the wing pattern is not typical for it, and the frontal setae are not reclinate.
