Most probable a Fucellia sp. (Anthomyiidae)
Tibia seems yellowish and no hairs between acrostichals ....then F.tergina or fucorum could be.
F.tergina is official not found yet in the Netherlands , but most probable a common species (have found also several species)
Has the midtibia an av seta..?
