WEll, this proves to be very interesting. There are not clear setulae on the wing veins (I know, out of focus, but I should be able to see something), which exclude Siphonini. Moreover, a quick scan of my collection reveiled no Siphonini with a Medina-colouration on the thorax. The same, however, applies to Phytomypterini.
Then, there is this classic pitfall: Paracraspedothrix montivaga, in Blondeliini, but extremely like Elfia (= Craspedothrix) in Phytomypterini.
I checked, bingo.

So: Paracraspedothrix montivaga, considered to be rare but might as well just be often overlooked.

Nevertheless, a great achievement to get on film !
