Yes, it is
Coenosia subgenus
Dexiopsis (2 prst dc, the 1st one at most one third as long as the second, and flagellomere yellow basally - hope you can confirm this point).
I suspect
Coenosia (
Dexiopsis)
karli which is described as an halobiontic and coastal species. The other possibility is
Coenosia ruficornis.
