Not a proper view on the acrostichal, but ... I get the impression there are hairs between the acrostichals, Vein C seems to have dorsal setulae and I think I can see an apical pv seta on the hindtibia.....
Not convincing with these photos, but save it for now as
Hylemyza partita, I will check this specimen later for you!
