Always a bit confusing with the "the head longer then high"
I tried to make an example with a Egle brevicornis and Egle ciliata.
Not the best photos, but ok..:S

We can see well the different in color (E.ciliata much darker)
And the differents between the hairs on thorax (E.ciliata much more haired)

And then the ....hight.
I see some differents, but i don't know if i am right with the beginning of the lines...?

Comparing with the photos, .....i think Egle ciliata is right for your fly !
