Well, there was a rwson for my cautious formulation, I did not confirm it as Epicampocera.
The photo is not top quality, on first impression the fly is a bit elongated for Epicampocera. Many features are not (well) visible.
Whatever it, I dont think it can be Platymyia, since the inner margin of the calypter is not darkened.
But Eumea coukd definitely be an option.
