Delia coarctata is a very common species, without a prealar seta, but there could be more possibilities with some less common species.
With only these two photos, I think we only can say for sure....Anthomyiidae.
We need a male to make more change to go further.....

I am very grateful for their identification as female Anthomyiidae, and also by the possibility, though not sure, its possible identity. :)
