It is a female Anthomyiidae, so very difficult to say something for sure, but it seems to have no prealar seta..
Delia coarctata is a very common species, without a prealar seta, but there could be more possibilities with some less common species.
With only these two photos, I think we only can say for sure....Anthomyiidae.
We need a male to make more change to go further.....
